Summer Fashion Wishlist

As Summer is quickly approaching along with my short break to Ibiza, I've started looking around for clothes that I want/need! Topshop and H&M are my favourite places to shop for low budget holiday clothes, and Primark do some great summer dresses too, so these are at the top of my list of shops to visit in the next month.

1. Swimsuit

I love that swimsuits have become fashionable again in the last few years, and they seem to be even more on-trend this year. I find cut-out swimsuits really great and flattering, such as the black one below. I love the ruffle detailing and cut out sides which slim the waist.

Bold tribal and floral prints are also big this season, and I one collection that I can't stop looking at is the one below by Mara Hoffman. I have also been looking at the gorgeous printed swimsuits at Topshop, and I really like the floral print below - the colours feel so Summery - I'm very tempted to get this one. One thing I'm still not too sure about it whether to opt for black or a print. I'm still very undecided on this so I think I'll just have to shop around to see what I like best.

Topshop also have great cover-ups, such as this macrome vest, which is available in both cream and black. Also very tempted to buy this for myself!

2. Jewellery

Stacking rings, tribal bracelets, bold and big necklaces as well as small layered necklaces are amongst my favourite jewellery trends this season - the above images sum it up! As well as this I love the bold coral/orange colour which is going to be big this Summer. I've found a lot of great jewellery on Etsy, and also at H&M, New Look and Primark for simple cheap bits and bobs - great to take on holiday.

3. Off-the-shoulder

Elle

I don't own any off-the-shoulder tops or dresses, but I absolutely love this trend - great to show off collar bones! So I'll definitely be shopping around for an off-the-shoulder crop top in time for the summer. It's also great to wear on a hot day when the sun is out as you won't end up tanning and getting strap marks - an added bonus!

4. Flattering Silhouettes

Elle

This Summer there are a lot of trends creating very flattering silhouettes, such as the outfit above by Diane von Furstenberg's Spring 2014 Ready-to-Wear Collection. This outfit is great if you have a small waist and an hourglass figure (which I do), as it pulls in at the waist and then the flared skirt flatters the legs. I'll be buying a few items of clothing to achieve this silhouette this Summer.
